We’re excited to announce the addition of a new social network to Blinkfire. Drum roll please: Nǐ Hǎo, WeChat.

With more than one billion monthly active users, WeChat has become more and more important for our customers to track, so we’ve worked hard to make it accessible through Blinkfire for social media analytics and sponsorship tracking — just like VK, Sina Weibo, and more.

WeChat tracking and analysis of owned and operated content and statistics requires a Blinkfire license.

Social Media Analysis
Below is the view of WeChat follower growth during a week period on an entity’s homepage. WeChat follower and engagement numbers are private data, so only the owned and operated entity of that account will be able to see those numbers and rankings throughout the platform, including the homepage, Media Kit, and Daily Engagement.

Sponsorship Tracking
Here are just a few examples of sponsorship tracking from the WeChat accounts of West Ham United FC and Buick Shanghai LPGA.
