Blinkfire Reporting API: Integrate With Tableau
In April we launched the Blinkfire Reporting API, enabling our customers to connect business intelligence tools or their own data warehouse to our platform. The API meant data scientists and members of BI teams would be accessing Blinkfire and consuming our real-time analytics.
Because of your API feedback and suggestions, we’ve added Tableau as the newest BI platform that can integrate on top of our API — specifically developed to save you time when connecting to the data analysis platform. The Tableau Web Data Connector seamlessly combines Blinkfire’s data with Tableau’s visualization capabilities — aka we do the heavy lifting, so your team’s real-time data easily displays.
Below is a quick peak at what we’ve built — fill in a few fields and your data will appear in Tableau, and can be updated as often as you’d like with the push of a button.
The Blinkfire Tableau Web Data Connector is your bridge, connecting Blinkfire data to Tableau’s visual analytics.
Whether you consume your team’s data on Blinkfire or through Tableau (or Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Domo), we want you to have options when it comes to analytics and reporting capabilities. If one of our many reports doesn’t solve your problem, you can create your own using Tableau joined with other data sources you might have in-house, such as your CRM system or ticketing data.
Integrating with another business intelligence platform, and one as widely used as Tableau, allows customers to keep their information centralized. The sports industry is a data-filled space, and the flexibility to manage CRM, stadium operations, and tickets sales is imperative. So too is an efficient and effective management system.
Here are just a few examples of the Blinkfire Reporting API in Tableau:
Like what you see? Well you’re in luck. Our API is in beta for rights holders who have a supported use case (subject to a separate Terms of Service specific to using the API). Are you interested in trying it out? If so, please fill out this form.
