What’s New at Blinkfire Analytics? Streaming Report

During 2020, Twitch has experienced incredible growth and a whole lot of firsts.

According to Twitchtracker, the month of March (the start of the pandemic and postponement of live sports) saw Twitch hours streamed increase 31% compared to February 2020. And, since April, Twitch hours streamed has stayed at or above 66 million hours.

In October, the streaming platform hit a big milestone, with more than 1.6 billion hours watched across the site. In November, Gregf broke the Twitch record for CCV (previously held by Ninja), as he played Fortnite and 664,000 fans tuned in.

As more athletes and influencers flock to Twitch to not only stream games, but also live shows, launch new products, or do tutorials, the Blinkfire team saw an opportunity to create a report that brings insights, value, and benchmarking.

Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of Blinkfire’s Streaming Report.

So, what’s Inside?
