Blinkfire Analytics Partners with the Cleveland Browns for the 2021 NFL Season
Blinkfire welcomes the Browns to their growing list of NFL teams who use the platform to track, value, and report social media and sponsorship data.
It’s always a fun day when we add a new customer to Blinkfire’s list. And, today we are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Cleveland Browns. We’re excited for the Browns to call Blinkfire Analytics their social media and sponsorship valuation partner.
Over the past year, in large part due to the pandemic, sports have embraced a digital and social transformation. And, we’re lucky enough to work with the Browns, one of the most innovative teams in the NFL.
The Cleveland Browns will use Blinkfire Analytics’ real-time sponsorship data platform and API to bring new, creative ways of measuring, optimizing, and creating meaningful content that enhances the fan experience across digital and social and increases sponsorship value.
The Browns had a successful 2020 NFL Season. They earned an 11-5 regular-season record and won the Wild Card Round against the Steelers before losing in the Divisional Round to Super Bowl Runner Up Kansas City Chiefs.
Coming off an exciting 2020 NFL season and with the team’s star players receiving media coverage (from game highlights or press conferences), the Browns will capitalize on partner exposure driven by players as well as earned media from the likes of ESPN and the NFL.
Heading into the 2021 season, the Browns plan to continue to drive and grow their strong video content strategy, using Blinkfire’s platform to track sponsorship exposure and audience retention metrics. Currently, the team has the most YouTube subscribers of all NFL Teams. The Browns will aim to extend their video performance across other social platforms, including TikTok.
